See a Different World. Where potential is seen and progress is nurtured.

As an Intelligence Analyst, you’ll do more than analyse information — you’ll help people and organisations make informed, confident decisions in an ever-changing world. Your work will contribute to safer environments, stronger resilience, and a culture where people feel supported and prepared.

Working as part of a global physical security team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across regions, sharing insight that helps protect people, assets, and operations. Every day brings new challenges, learning opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

This isn’t just another job. It’s an opportunity to step into a role where your skills are valued, your development is encouraged, and your contribution truly matters.

Purpose of the Role

The Client’s Global Physical Security (GPS) Operations Team acts as the main point of contact for stakeholders worldwide, ensuring high-quality, industry-standard security programmes and services.

We are seeking a Geopolitical Risk Intelligence professional to join this diverse and collaborative team. The Client operates both internally owned data centre locations and third-party facilities managed by co-location service providers.

In this role, you’ll work closely with physical security, crisis management, and operational teams to understand intelligence and risk requirements. Through the collection, analysis, and sharing of actionable intelligence, you’ll provide insight into security threats that may impact the Client.

You’ll also offer regional subject-matter expertise to support operational security, crisis management programmes, and risk assessments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

  • Conduct all-source intelligence collection and research, analysing and integrating information from multiple sources to identify risks, trends, and intelligence gaps.

  • Use strong analytical and inductive reasoning skills to anticipate and assess potential threats.

  • Produce high-quality intelligence assessments and recommendations, applying professional judgement and experience.

  • Analyse intelligence related to geopolitical issues, terrorism, organised crime, and other security-relevant threats.

  • Translate complex intelligence and investigation outputs into clear, actionable reports for diverse audiences.

  • Identify patterns of complex behaviour and provide insights into current and emerging risks.

  • Prepare threat assessments for major events or emerging situations.

  • Deliver briefings and presentations in a clear, inclusive, and engaging way.

Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role. If you meet the minimum requirements and believe you’ve got what it takes to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • The right to work in the UK.

  • A minimum five-year checkable employment history, or the ability to provide documentary evidence covering any periods of unemployment, self-employment, or full- or part-time education.

  • The ability to demonstrate and uphold Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness in everything you do.

  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Additional regional language skills are welcomed but not essential.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex findings and insights to a wide range of audiences, including senior and executive-level stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to synthesise complex information, focusing on key risks, priorities, and actionable outcomes.

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to approximately 30% of the time).

  • Well-developed interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills, enabling effective engagement across diverse teams and cultures.

  • Some experience in crisis management related to physical
security and intelligence analysis at the corporate level is
    preferred.

  • Builds and maintains professional relationships with external
government, law enforcement, academic, and private sector
partners supporting the OCI physical security mission
