🌟 We are looking for a dedicated Relief Security Officer 🌟 to join our team, located between Gloucester and Cheltenham. This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for site patrols, lock and unlock duties, and rapid alarm response, ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

🚨 Position: Relief Security Officer

🌟 Pay: £14 p/h (Grade: 3.2 Relief)

🕒 Hours: 42 hours per week

⏰ Shift Patterns: Days, night, weekends and holidays

🚗🚆Transport: A valid driving licence and own vehicle 

🔒 Requirements: Valid SIA licence and First Aid certificate.

Due to the nature of the site, an additional level of security clearance is required. Therefore, applicants must be a British National and have lived in the UK for at least 5 years. This is essential to meet the specific security requirements of the role.

• Access control and ID verification
• Patrolling premises and car parks
• Responding to alarms and incidents
• Monitoring CCTV and security systems
• Completing incident and daily activity reports
• Locking/unlocking buildings and securing perimeters

• Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding)
• First Aid at Work certification
• Driving licence with own transport
• Minimum 1 year experience in a security role
• Must be a British National and have lived in the UK for the past 5 years (this is due to the nature of the site and the requirement for additional screening)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Basic IT proficiency
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice as a Relief Officer
