🛡️ Job Title: Part-Time Security Receptionist

📍 Location: KT3 4LH
⏰ Contracted Hours: 22.5 hours per week
📅 Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
💷 Pay Rate: £15.25 per hour

🔎 About the Role:

We’re looking for a professional and reliable Part-Time Security Receptionist to join our team! This front-of-house role blends reception duties with a strong security presence, ensuring both a warm welcome and a safe environment.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• 👋 Greet and register visitors and contractors

• 🛑 Control access to the premises and issue visitor passes

• 🎥 Monitor security systems, including CCTV and access control

• 🚨 Respond to incidents and emergencies

• 📒 Maintain accurate logs and records

• 🤝 Liaise with site management and emergency services

• 🔍 Conduct regular security checks and uphold health & safety protocols

✅ Requirements:

• 🇬🇧 Must be a British citizen or have held a British passport for at least 5 years (for security clearance)

• 🎫 Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)

• 📅 5 years of checkable work history

• 🗣️ Strong communication and customer service skills

• 🔎 High attention to detail and calm under pressure

• 💼 Previous experience in security or reception is a plus
