Job Description

  • Lead development of institutional planning and budgeting process
  • Prepare balance sheet, P/L reports and cash flow on monthly basis
  • Prepare sales targets and sales budget in line with Securitas Technology’s strategic objectives
  • By taking full responsibility of overall annual company budget; make comparisons, communicate across all levels, take actions if necessary or in case of any discrepancy
  • Responsible for all global reports including but not limited to; HFM, pipeline, quarterly review report and forecast reports
  • Ensure implementation of risk management process depending on prior rules and practices. Take precautions, follow-up action plans and communicate across all departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience of budgeting, reporting and/or controlling
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
  • Good knowledge of IFRS
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications, (extensive experience on Excel)
  • Experienced on Oracle or a similar ERP program
  • Fluent in English
  • Outstanding attention to details and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, team player, strong commitment
