Purpose
The Solution Europe development and operations team have successfully developed and operated our suite of connected solutions for over 10 years, previously known as the “RVS TEAM” now: Solution Europe development and operations. We are a part Europe division and are the very core of the strategy. Develop standard solutions to the benefit of both local and global solution teams and optimize operations with a centralized support team.
Our suite of solutions and tools are the main enabler to deliver competitive and high value service to our clients, by centralizing development and operations we can drive down cost and capture knowledge and experience from our entire eco system of solutions experts in Securitas. -Develop, Standardize & Scale!
By standardizing our ways of working, creating standard connected solutions for the benefit of Securitas and our clients.
Standardizing our solutions & services is key to enable both country and global solution delivery.
Consists of 3 focus areas.
- Connected Solutions (RVS, RAS, Fastlane solutions)
- Connected Solutions tools (SST & SSA)
- Connected Solutions operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Solution Europe development and operations team, the Director of Operations is overall responsible for platforms, infrastructure, and technical support to Countries. You will lead a team of system & platform experts and act as the technical adviser to the solution owners.
- Act as a solution promoter to build awareness, increase adoption and understanding for our connected solution suite and its benefits.
- You actively support country key stakeholders in their efforts while safeguarding global standardization.
- You follow and report platform performance and quality of service.
- You will work actively with colleagues from Solutions division and country organizations.
- You will be actively involved in future roll-out of the platforms to new countries.
- You collect and prioritize feedback from country key users and be part of improving the platforms and our processes accordingly.
- You will drive and manage an eco system of in-country technical solution owners and solution experts.
- You will report to the Head of Solution Development & Operations, Securitas Solutions Europe

Qualifications
Key Competencies and Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in Securitas with good knowledge of IT, solutions, and our suite of protective services
- 3+ year management experience
- Experience in working with RVS and Cisco would be beneficial, but not a requirement.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, IT, and servers/hosting.
- Professional level of English (spoken and written)

Additional Information
Reports to: Head of Solution Development & Operations, Securitas Solutions Europe
Location: You work at Securitas Malmö Office (expected min. 3 days a week)
Travel: Moderate, within Europe

Salary and benefits will be based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Säkerhetsföretagen and the trade
unions Ledarna and Unionen. In addition to this, you will get a personal employment contract.
