Job Description
Sectigo is building out a Center of Excellence (CoE) within Revenue Operations to scale operational execution. As a Renewals Operations Specialist, you would own the operational backbone of Sectigo's global renewal motion. Our Senior RevOps Manager, Anna Dubentcova, absorbed WW Renewals 45 days ago and is carrying significantly more workload than is sustainable. Your role is the highest priority hire in the CoE because of how urgent the operational relief is.
This role is for someone who thrives on structured renewal operations, is comfortable with high volume opportunity management, and wants to be at the center of a critical revenue motion.
Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:
- Own renewal data research and opportunity creation in Salesforce: identifying upcoming renewals, validating customer data, and creating accurate renewal opportunities
- Support the renewal process end to end: pipeline hygiene, data accuracy, opportunity progression
- Prepare data for win rooms, wrap and roll execution, and renewal forecast prep
- Maintain Renewals SFDC hygiene: ownership accuracy, opportunity integrity, renewal stage management
- Support PAYGO and run out campaign execution
- Partner directly with Manager within and their renewals operating rhythm: attend renewal forecast calls as needed, prepare data packages, and respond to ad hoc renewal operations requests
- Contribute to the broader CoE through cross training and process improvement
- As the role matures, take on broader renewal’s analytics: churn analysis, expansion identification, retention trend reporting
More information about this role:
- This is a full-time and in-office position, reporting to our Chennai office 5 days a week.
- This is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Manager, Deal Desk and Sales Strategy.
- The targeted compensation package for this role is between INR 7,00,000 and INR 8,00,000.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Renewals Operations, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce: opportunity management, reporting, data hygiene
- Understanding of B2B renewal motions: renewal lifecycle, customer retention, expansion, and churn
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volume opportunity creation and updates
- Comfort working across time zones with global teams
- Self starter mindset: own work end to end without constant direction
Ideal Candidate Profiles, Talents, and Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology
- Background in subscription business models
- Familiarity with Clari, CPQ, or similar GTM tools
- Experience with renewal forecasting and pipeline analytics
Success Measures:
- Renewal opportunity accuracy and completeness in Salesforce
- Renewal pipeline data quality (ownership, stage, amounts, dates)
- Turnaround time on renewal data research and opportunity creation
- Support to Anna and the renewals leadership team within their operating rhythm
- Contribution to improved renewal forecast accuracy over time
