We're looking for an Email & Community Coordinator to join our e-commerce team on a permanent basis. If you love driving engagement, retention, and brand affinity through a well-executed email calendar and an emerging community strategy that spans product seeding, influencer partnerships, and consumer listening we'd love to hear from you!

Job Description

  • Own the B2C and B2B email calendar — strategy, planning and execution across campaigns, product launches and the trading calendar
  • Build, deploy and optimise campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, including segmentation and list health
  • Drive continuous improvement across open rates, click-through, conversion and revenue attribution
  • Own the monthly B2B retailer newsletter (Trail Tales)
  • Manage the product seeding program — coordinating requests, fulfillment and follow-through with creators and brand advocates
  • Oversee day-to-day influencer partnerships, tracking deliverables and maintaining relationships
  • Monitor consumer sentiment across key channels and surface insights to inform content and marketing decisions
  • Bring a point of view on building a more structured community program — advocacy, UGC and consumer engagement

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform required.
  • Experience with influencer or community programs a plus.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams in a lean environment.
  • Outdoor industry experience or genuine enthusiasm for outdoor gear preferred.
