Job Description

You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up in the world. Working closely with our Global Brand Marketing team, you’ll help bring our visual identity to life across a wide range of touchpoints — with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, consistent brand assets efficiently and accurately.

A major part of this role centres on the execution and production of product packaging across multiple product categories and formats. You’ll ensure artwork is precise, on-brand, and ready for print, while adapting designs for different regions, product variations, and technical requirements. Alongside packaging, you’ll also contribute to digital and print marketing materials, including large editorial publications and campaign assets.

We’re looking for someone with strong visual design skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to confidently manage high volumes of artwork while maintaining brand consistency and production accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the development, management, and delivery of large collections of data to internal and external stakeholders (packaging files, photography, catalogue publications, etc).
  • Execute, update, and maintain product packaging artwork across multiple product categories, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and print specifications.
  • Adapt packaging layouts for different product sizes, regions, languages, and regulatory requirements while maintaining visual consistency.
  • Prepare packaging files for print production, including correct file setup, die lines, colour profiles, finishes, and pre-press requirements.
  • Manage and maintain packaging templates and master files to support efficient updates, product launches, and future releases.
  • Liaise with product development, sourcing, and print vendors to ensure packaging artwork is production-ready and delivered on schedule.
  • Conduct detailed artwork checks to ensure accuracy of product information, barcodes, icons, materials listings, and compliance markings.
  • Utilise automated processes when building or editing content-heavy deliverables to ensure high-quality and consistent brand assets are delivered efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to help develop and execute creative concepts for various projects including advertisements, packaging, promotional materials, and digital content.
  • Assist with the development of visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website banners.
  • Develop graphics for print materials such as catalogues, brochures, and trade show displays.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and packaging production to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of visual assets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, digital, and sales to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Experience and Key Personal Qualities

  • Significant experience in graphic design, with advanced expertise in packaging artwork production, print-ready file preparation, and managing high-volume brand asset workflows.
  • Demonstrated packaging leadership experience, including ownership of complex packaging projects and brand packaging systems.
  • Experience in the outdoor, consumer goods, or related product-based industry is highly regarded.
  • Proven packaging design experience for established brands, ideally within Consumer Durables, FMCG, or CPG environments.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of shopper behaviour and shopper psychology principles, and how these inform the development of effective, high-performing packaging.
  • Demonstrated experience leading packaging projects end-to-end, from ideation and concept development through to final execution and market launch.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with product, marketing, sourcing, regulatory, and external partners to deliver best-in-class packaging outcomes.
  • Experience leading or mentoring designers through the packaging design process, guiding work from early creative exploration through to final artwork delivery and production handover.
