Job Description

Our team supports infrastructure and property projects through planning, economics and investment decisions, financial analysis, commercial structuring and procurement, governance and risk processes, and all aspects of delivery.

The Roles

We are embarking on a period of significant growth and have opportunities at various levels (Senior Associate and Manager) to support our Infrastructure and Projects Delivery service areas. These pivotal roles offer a unique opportunity to lead and shape the delivery of Australia's most critical public sector projects, from foundational infrastructure to complex strategic initiatives. If you are driven by the opportunity to make a tangible, lasting impact on the nation, and possess expertise in managing large-scale capital programs with ethical rigour and commercial acumen, we invite you to contribute your leadership to our mission of 'By Australians, for Australia'.

As part of our team:

  • You'll be hands-on in delivering great results for clients. That means understanding what each project needs, working closely with different stakeholders, doing research and analysis, and helping put together high-quality reports and presentations.
  • You’ll be involved in supporting a range of projects across different sectors and clients, working alongside experts from different backgrounds and applying the latest thinking in the field.
  • Your day-to-day work might include preparing reports and presentations, and updating clients on how projects are progressing, both in writing and in meetings.
  • Most importantly, you’ll help us understand the big challenges our clients face, and come up with smart, modern ways to solve them.

Qualifications

You will bring to the position:

  • Supporting Capital Project Delivery: Strong understanding of project management principles, with experience supporting the planning and delivery of capital and infrastructure projects (ideally with public sector exposure).
  • Relevant Professional Experience: Approximately 3 to 8 years of experience in project management roles, preferably with some exposure to infrastructure, government, or related industries.
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or a similar discipline.
  • Clear Communication & Client Engagement: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear reports, translate complex data into simple insights, and confidently engage with clients and team members.
  • Proactive Delivery & Task Management: Proven ability to take ownership of assigned tasks, manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality work to deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Commercial Curiosity & Growth Mindset: A proactive interest in business development, with a willingness to support proposal writing, research market opportunities, and help build strong client relationships.
