Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Product & Tender Manager to lead the development and delivery of our products and solutions of our ESSENTIALS range. The successful candidate will bridge business needs and technical execution across multiples countries, working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver products that generate customer value and business growth.

Location : position based in Europe (to be defined with the candidate)

What you will do :

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Essentials range.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified Asian suppliers aligned with company product strategy and cost targets.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses for new product investments.

Product Development & Delivery

  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Business teams based globally to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Customer & Market Analysis

  • Gather customer feedback through interviews, workshops, and product usage analytics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and priorities to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on product launches and go-to-market strategies.

Product Performance Management

  • Analyse product performance using data and analytics tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and operational insights.

Skills Requested

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing products throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of product development and tender processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strategic thinking and business planning.
  • Stakeholder and customer management.
  • Contract review and risk assessment.
  • Project management.
  • Capable of reviewing technical designs and understanding solution discussions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with developers,  QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset
