• Support our Chief of Staff and CEO Office in their daily work, working closely with our Founders and management
• Support annual planning and strategy processes and documentation thereof
• Support with the development, implementation and maintenance of new management and governance documentation and reporting in line with regulatory requirements
• Support with drafting and updating of internal documentation and preparation of presentations for management
• Provide project management support to our our corporate governance and strategy workstreams
• Work closely with various stakeholders and functions across Scalable by providing templates and guidance on governance related deliverables

• You are studying towards a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management or equivalent  
• You gained first experience in project management activities
• You are interested in navigating the German regulatory landscape 
• You bring initial knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk) with you
• You are able to work detail oriented in a fast paced environment
• You are still enrolled at a German university until at least May 2026
• You have concise verbal and written communication skills in English and German
