Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the adoption of an innovative glaucoma surgical technology and help shape the future of glaucoma care across Spain. As a Surgical Partner, you will work closely with glaucoma surgeons, hospitals, and key opinion leaders to drive awareness, education, and sustainable adoption of our surgical portfolio.
You will combine clinical expertise, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills to support healthcare professionals both inside and outside the operating room.
What You’ll Do
- Build and develop strategic relationships with glaucoma surgeons, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within surgical glaucoma accounts.
- Support and conduct clinical and surgical training programs.
- Provide technical expertise and in-theatre support during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Market Access, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Effectively manage territory budgets and company resources.
- Maintain accurate customer and territory information through company CRM systems.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
What You Bring
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' successful sales experience within the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in hospital sales and/or Key Account Management.
- Experience supporting new technologies or procedures in the operating room environment.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ophthalmology experience is highly desirable
Education
- University degree in a health-related, scientific, or business discipline.
- Clinical or scientific background such as Optometry or other healthcare-related specialties is an advantage.

What we offer:
- Competitive Salary: A market‑aligned base salary starting from €55.000 – €62.000 per year, depending on experience.
