Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to our Finland Sales organization, working closely with the Commercial Manager and Key Account Managers. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the smooth coordination of customer-related activities for ophthalmology clinics and pharmacies, organize major events from planning through execution, manage vendor and healthcare professional agreements, and oversee purchase orders and invoices in the Coupa system. What you will do
- Operational and administrative support for the Country Manager and Key Account Managers
- Coordination of large customer events and local exhibitions
- Customer communication regarding product changes and product availability
- Management of healthcare professional contracts, including collecting required information and coordinating publication on the website
- Uploading marketing materials to Veeva PromoMats for compliance review and coordinating the review process with the Country Manager
- Reporting medicinal product samples to Finnish Medicines Agency (Fimea)
- Supporting the adaptation of marketing materials and coordinating technical aspects of localization projects
- Coordination of internal meetings for the Finnish sales team
- Supporting the implementation and use of compliance systems, such as Engagemate
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar coordination or support role, preferably supporting a Sales team and/or Country Manager
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- Service-minded with a strong customer focus
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Well-organized and systematic, with great attention to detail
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Structured approach to work with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
What we offer:
- Competitive Salary: A market‑aligned base salary starting from €55,255.00 – €75,975.00, depending on experience and location.
