【業務概要】
当社は、日本の藤沢にある当社組織に加わってくださるシニア・フィールド・アプリケーション・エンジニアを募集しています。

この役職では、当社のSSD及びNAND製品 についてOEM顧客に対して製品の技術的な説明、技術資料の提供、現場でのサポート、試験、トラブルシューティングを行います。

トラブルシューティングについては社内海外拠点の技術チームと連携し問題を分析して根本原因を特定し、効果的な解決策を提示します。

1. 顧客との技術窓口
・担当顧客との技術的な関係構築、顧客側エンジニアとの日常的なコミュニケーション、顧客要求の収集と社内展開、顧客満足度向上活動

2. 製品Qualificationサポート
・顧客との評価(Qualification)計画策定、サンプル手配、スペック調整、評価進捗管理

3. 技術サポート・問題解析
・担当顧客との技術的な関係構築、顧客側エンジニアとの日常的なコミュニケーション、顧客要求の収集と社内展開、顧客満足度向上活動

■給与
　想定年収 750～900万円（年俸制／12分割）
　※別途、インセンティブ制度あり
　※社内規定および経験・能力を考慮した上で決定
　※みなし残業時間30h/月相当分（135,420円～162,510円）含む
　※管理監督者としての採用の場合はみなし残業を含まない

• 電子／電気系製品のフィールドアプリケーションエンジニアリング、テクニカルサポート、または製品開発において、5年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方

  - 技術的トラブルシューティングおよび診断スキルを持ち、システムの問題を効率的に分析できる方
  - 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキルを持ち、多様な顧客グループとプロフェッショナルな対応ができる方

• Windows／Linux上での評価・検証スキル（ログ取得、問題の切り分け等）

• 電気工学の基礎知識

• 技術文書の作成、報告書の作成、およびデータ分析に精通していること

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力 (社内外ともに日常的に英語でのMeetingあり)

• 日本語での業務遂行能力
