Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support Fixed Asset accounting processes including:
- IC validation
- Scrap verification
- Asset category identification/classification
- Review of capitalization-related data and supporting documentation etc.
Assist during quarter-close activities including:
- Flux analysis preparation and review
- Variance analysis support
- Preparation of schedules and reconciliations
Preparation and coordination of Form 15CA related data/documentation for foreign remittances.
Provide finance inputs and support for:
- Vendor onboarding process
- Vendor master data validation
- Compliance-related documentation review
Perform quarterly Withholding Tax (WHT) data review and validation to support compliance requirements.
Support statutory audits, internal audits, and other compliance reviews by providing required data, schedules, and explanations.
Assist in other accounting, reporting, and operational finance activities as required by the team.
Preferred Skills:
- Good understanding of accounting concepts and finance processes
- Strong analytical and data review skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial data handling
- Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Prior exposure to fixed assets, WHT, or audit support would be an added advantage
Qualifications
Qualified CA with 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, audit support, or finance operations.
