Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Management Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating program management efforts in the areas of creative asset management, creative program management, and product program management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of programs, with a focus on driving efficiency, quality, and successful outcomes.
Creative Asset Management:
- Collaborate with creative teams to define asset management best practices, workflows, and tools, ensuring efficient asset creation, version control, and distribution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and establish processes for requesting, reviewing, and approving creative assets.
- Implement and maintain a centralized digital asset management system, ensuring accurate metadata tagging, searchability, and accessibility for various teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize creative asset usage, track asset performance, and identify opportunities for reuse and repurposing.
Creative Program Management:
- Lead and oversee creative programs from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with creative teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on creative program requirements, including stakeholders from marketing, design, content, and development.
- Conduct regular program status meetings, provide updates, and address any risks or issues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the process.
- Monitor program performance metrics, track progress against milestones, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Product Program Management:
- Manage product programs from conception to launch, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and EOL management plans, ensuring alignment with product strategies and business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, including requirements gathering, design reviews, and development sprints, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies, and making recommendations to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product program management team, implementing best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, project management) is required.
- Proven experience in program management, with a focus on creative asset management and/or product program management.
- Strong understanding of creative asset management principles, processes, and tools, with experience in digital asset management systems.
- Solid project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards successful program outcomes.
PREFERRED:
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management software tools and platforms.
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
