Job Description
The Lab Technician 3 supports daily lab operations and validation activities by assisting with system setup, test execution, and hardware maintenance. The role works closely with lab engineers and validation teams to ensure smooth execution of testing and reliable lab environments.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with setup and maintenance of lab systems, test racks, and platforms
• Supporting device bring-up, basic system checks, and test execution
• Handling and tracking test samples and lab equipment
• Performing basic troubleshooting of hardware, cabling, and connectivity issues
• Following lab safety, ESD, and operational guidelines
• Maintaining basic documentation related to lab activities and setups
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in lab operations, testing, or hardware support roles
• Basic understanding of lab equipment, test systems, and hardware components
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux systems and basic troubleshooting
• Awareness of ESD practices and lab safety standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
