This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, organized, and curious individual who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating with diverse teams, and understanding how digital experiences come together behind the scenes.
Throughout this internship, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to both creative marketing workstreams and technical development projects. What You’ll Do
Digital Experience & Systems Optimization
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing manual work.
- Collaborate with business and technical partners to assess current site experiences and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in analyzing customer journeys, friction points, and experience gaps.
- Learn how backend processes, data structures, and system logic influence how customers interact with digital content.
Technical & Backend-Focused Projects
- Help document and organize technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for system enhancements.
- Support sprint planning activities, including backlog refinement, ticket organization, and cross-team communication.
- Assist in defining, implementing, and validating backend updates, configuration changes, and site behaviors.
- Develop a foundational understanding of APIs, system integrations, and platform settings—and how they support customer experiences.
Creative & Marketing-Focused Projects
- Partner with UX, copywriting, and design teams by organizing content inputs and project requirements.
- Review digital content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and customer impact.
- Support email production workflows, including content creation, QA, and technical implementation.
General Program Coordination
- Produce clear documentation such as meeting notes, project summaries, and timeline updates.
- Work with UX, developers, marketing, and merchandising teams to progress deliverables.
- Assist with organizing project timelines, identifying risks, and tracking dependencies.
- Contribute to problem‑solving discussions by asking thoughtful questions and helping clarify business needs.
What You’ll Learn
- How creative, technical, and business teams collaborate to launch features and deliver customer value.
- How to translate business needs into technical requirements and project tasks.
- How enterprise eCommerce platforms operate—from frontend experiences to backend configurations.
- How digital systems and processes can be optimized for improved customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Core program and project management practices within an Agile environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related Marketing field, with an expected graduation in May 2027.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple moving pieces.
- A strong critical thinker who enjoys solving problems and asking insightful questions.
- Comfortable working with teams across marketing, UX, development, analytics, and merchandising.
- Interested in digital commerce, customer experience, and program management.
- Curious about how backend systems influence online customer experiences.
- Excited to work in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
