At Easygenerator, we challenge, we own, we experiment, and we deliver. Our success is based off our people, and we are looking for a SEO Intern to help us achieve our ambitious goals.

We are looking for a student who is currently enrolled in their final year of studies, preferably working towards a degree in marketing or communications to join our growth marketing team as an SEO Intern. In this role you will be part of an agile digital marketing team where you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Head of Growth Marketing and SEO Manager. You will be learning basic SEO strategies such as keyword research, content writing and optimization, on-page optimization, and link building outreach. You will gain basic knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, GSC and SEMrush. 

Some of your main responsibilities will include: 

• Conducting competitive research and benchmarking 

• Producing briefs to be sent to our copywriters based on keyword research 

• Backlinks acquisition 

• Cooperating with web editors on a regular basis and contributing to strategic creation of rich content to support company SEO initiatives.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, communications or journalism at a Dutch higher education institution, with a strong interest in online marketing, preferably in your final year of studies 

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English (additional languages such as Dutch, German or French are a plus) 

• Analytical mindset, ideally with some Microsoft Excel and web analytics program experience (i.e. Google Analytics) 

• Eagerness to learn about SEO writing 

• Proactive mindset, eager to deep-dive into relevant topics and communicate with the stakeholders to understand them better  

• Comfortable working in an agile environment  

• Experience working with WordPress is an advantage
