Job Summary (General Characteristics)

• Develop CV(Construction Volume) and IWP schedule as ISO level with subcontractor to issue IWP and tracking progress.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitoring IWP progress on MS Power BI.
• Communicate with SV and subcontractor for each IWP status and tracking.
• Check the IWP schedule and inform to SI.
• Reviewing IWP for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinating IWP execution with field supervision.
• Modifying, reviewing or adjusting IWP as necessary.
• Check prerequisite of piping work(i.e. Local Foundation, Local Platform, Structure, etc.).
• Check CV(Construction Volume) with SI and make 3d Volume file.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years E&I Construction experience or 2+ years Planning experience

Technical Skills and Competencies

• Advanced in MS Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Data Tables.
• Understand and utilize 3D model review tool (i.e. Navis work, UPV).
• Understand MS Power BI tool.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution.
