- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on influencer campaign ROI, engagement metrics, and PR sentiment.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks in influencer associations and manage communication during sensitive brand moments.
Essential skills and experience:
- Influencer Expertise: Deep knowledge of the MENA creator economy, social media trends, and platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube).
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize data from influencer campaigns into actionable insights.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to present complex campaign ideas to senior stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and deck creation.
- Project Management: Proven ability to prioritize multiple product launches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Judgment: Strong aesthetic and ethical judgment when selecting brand ambassadors.
