Job Description

  • Strengthen and enhance procedures, tools, and research designs for measuring project progress through monitoring and evaluation.
  • Conduct project monitoring and evaluation in alignment with the Quality Assurance Plan, including data collection, cleaning, processing, and analysis to support continuous improvement.
  • Develop data visualizations to present findings clearly and effectively, applying appropriate data visualization principles to facilitate understanding and communication of key insights.
  • Monitor project activities and assess progress toward achieving output goals, providing recommendations to enhance program implementation and the overall project framework.
  • Participate in the assessment and improvement of SDO programs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and facilitating corrective actions based on evaluation findings.
  • Generate Quality Assurance and Evaluation reports with evidence-based recommendations and engage in discussions and presentations with the QA/Assessment and Evaluation team to support reliable and informed decision-making.
  • Conduct continuous monitoring of SOPs and organizational procedures and facilitate improvements to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess business processes for compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies, ensuring organizational effectiveness.
  • Track and implement audit and evaluation recommendations within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Coordinate and maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation through the Document Management System (DMS).
  • Analyze organizational documents and identify lessons learned to support continuous organizational improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistic/ Math or Education.
  • Minimum 1 years' of work experience in monitoring and evaluation
  • Strong knowledge of research methodology, issues and theories of education.
  • Proficiency in data statistic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and adaptive approach to problem-solving.
