• Gather data from various sources, perform data cleaning, transformation, and processing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency (including removing duplicates and resolving inconsistencies).

• Analyze relevant data such as learners’ feedback, program effectiveness, learning retention, user experience, and satisfaction levels to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Evaluate user behavior and preferred marketing channels to support strategic improvement and development initiatives.

• Develop clear and insightful data visualizations and generate comprehensive reports to support data-driven decision-making.

• Maintain data quality and integrity by managing and securing databases, ensuring proper access control and data governance practices.

• 1-3 years of experience in Data Analyst, strong background in statistics and data analysis.

• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Python, and other data visualization tools.

• Analytical problem-solver with high attention to detail.

• Fluent in English.

• Creative, proactive, and adaptable.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
