Job Description
As a Supply Chain Strategy & Project Analyst, you support the definition and execution of the long‑term supply chain strategy by supporting project deliverables, high‑quality analytics, performance reporting, and financial modeling.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Project Leadership & Support
- Manage dedicated project workstreams with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate deliverables, ensuring timelines, cost constraints, and quality expectations are met.
- Support project deliverable communications (Steerco, key decision meetings…).
Analysis & Insights
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses to support the SC (Supply Chain) strategic roadmap.
- Benchmark supply chain performance against industry peers and best‑in‑class standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiency, service improvement, and resilience enhancement.
- Build financial models to assess and compare SC transformation scenarios when needed (cost‑to‑serve, landed cost, logistics flows).
- ROI calculations, and scenario simulations.
- Collaborate with Finance on structural cost tracking, budget reviews, and performance steering.
Supply Chain Data Stewardship: Data & Reporting Governance
- Own and maintain reporting frameworks and standard templates for SC KPIs (service, cost, inventory, forecast accuracy).
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards; ensure reliability, consistency, and data integrity.
- Lead recurring SC data consolidation routines (KPIs, financial performance, operational metrics).
- Support reporting harmonization across regions.
- Own and maintain SC data definitions and KPI dictionary within the Data Galaxy tool.
Qualifications
Essential skills & experience
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, strategy, consulting, or operations.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, data visualization).
- Strong presentation skills and use of PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes (planning, logistics, inventory, forecasting).
- Experience in project management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Desired qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
- Additional training in data analytics is a plus
- Fluent in English
