Job Description

In this position, you will be employed by Valicare in Slovakia but will be working for the Syntegon Pharma portfolio.

  • You secure and increase incoming orders in your sales territory by selling services for Syntegon machines.
  • Existing customers in the assigned markets will be independently managed by you.
  • Working closely with our customers, agents, and inside sales partners, you will ensure that our shared goals are achieved.
  • You will continuously monitor the market, our customers, and competitors in line with the company's strategic direction and service sales.
  • You will lead and support internal sales channels.
  • Due to the international environment, you will travel approximately 60% of the year.
  • Your workplace will be based in the office in Trenčianska Turná, Slovakia, with responsibilities including customer visits and acquisitions in the assigned area of Eastern Europe.

Qualifications

  • A degree in a technical or economic field (such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering), or equivalent further education (such as a technician with extensive experience).
  • Experience in international sales within the mechanical engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems, as well as MS Office.
  • Business-level fluency in English, Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Strong implementation skills, dynamic, and a team player.
  • Systematic and conceptual approach to work.
  • Ambitious individual with strong presentation skills.
