General tasks

All our activities are aimed at meeting customer needs. everyone is responsible for their work and compliance with defined work process. we regularly review our process in accordance with the defined ISO procedures and initiate measures to correct or improve any weaknesses.

• Meeting customer requirements/optimizing customer satisfaction
• Maximizing our hit rate
• Preparation of ballpark, budget, and detailed offers in accordance with sales process instructions and KPI

Individual main tasks

• Take over a technical sales defined area independently
• Carrying out contract negotiations
• Acquiring new customers in collaboration with agents
• Development of solution concepts and effective customer presentations 
• Preparing quotations, layout, sales manual & technical presentations
• Coordinating with customers and sales personnel for technical support and order processing
• Coordination with internal departments and other Syntegon sites
• Coordinate for new products trials along with application department
• Handle RFQ, Conduct QG’s & Release of order information for production.
• Providing pre & post-sales support

B.E/Diploma (Mechanical / Mechatronics) having 5-7 years of experience in the technical domain of Horizontal form fill seal \ Secondary Packaging Machines

Knowledge of material handling equipment’s, printers, and packaging materials is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge on commercials and incoterms

Very collaborative in nature and should be able to work with team.

Knowledge of ERP - SAP, MS Office, Process flow know how of sales and manufacturing function.
