As a Delivery Associate, your role will be key to ensuring fast, efficient, and safe delivery of packages to customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading the van and delivering packages with care and accuracy

• Driving safely, and stepping in and out of the vehicle multiple times a day

• Following all road safety regulations and company delivery procedures

• Operating a handheld electronic device for GPS navigation and delivery updates

• Interacting with customers in a polite, professional, and positive manner

• Ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

• Learning and understanding key delivery metrics and consistently working to meet performance targets

• Following Amazon’s delivery protocols and best practices to ensure quality and compliance

• Keeping the van organized and reporting any issues or incidents as needed

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Self-employed individuals (we’ll help you get set up if needed)

✔️ Independent problem solvers

✔️ Physically fit – able to lift up to 23kg and comfortable using stairs

✔️ A full and valid UK/EU Manual Driving Licence (max 6 points, NO active IN, DR or TT codes)

✔️ Must be 21+ years old

✔️ Able to pass a criminal background check and drug & alcohol test

✔️ Able to commute to and from the delivery station (vans remain on-site overnight)
