Compensation
Salary range is $7,483.12 - $10,270.92 per month
Required education, experience, and tenure will be considered along with internal equity when a job offer is extended.
Job Description
The Position
- Lead the credit union’s Audit Analytics Program
- Support the credit union’s information technology auditing efforts
- Assist audit management in developing the annual audit plan
- Assist in management’s efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operational practices, solve undesired levels of risk, and remediate issues in the business control framework
Schedule
- Core Department Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM PST
- Individual schedules (e.g., flexible/alternative schedules) are approved based upon business needs and prior agreements with audit management
- This position can be worked onsite or 100% remote; can work anywhere in WA, ID, OR, or CO.

Qualifications
Job Experience: Minimum five years of data analytics or IT experience in financial institutions OR 5+ years of analytics and reporting experience and/or prior work history in an audit/risk discipline
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (data analytics, data science, statistics, quantitative analysis, computer science, management information systems, finance, applied math)
Certifications: Relevant certification (Certified Analytics Professional, CompTIA Data+, CISA, CIA, CPA, CRCM, etc.) or willingness to pursue and achieve a certification in a reasonable/agreed upon time frame
Physical Demands: Must be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 10 pounds with accommodations.
Work Conditions: Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting. Exposure to high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
