Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer that will participate in the development of automation platforms, including software configuration, process definition and knowledge transfer and support to the project/maintenance teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
You will :
- Design, implement, and manage enhancements to the automation platform.
- Contribute to keeping all related documentation accurate and up to date.
- Provide training and support to internal teams to help them achieve operational autonomy.
- Collaborate with specialized platform teams to ensure alignment and integration.
- Analyse and understand the current technical landscape, including systems, processes, and tools.
- Review and interpret the product backlog and project requirements to guide development activities.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years' experience in managing IT infrastructure and automation practices
- Strong of IT infrastructure components and architecture.
- Good knowledge on Ansible, Rundeck, Git/GitLab, Artifactory, Puppet, Jenkins.
- Good understanding of hosting and network technologies.
- Good understanding of Active Directory / LDAP based solutions.
- Extensive experience with infrastructure management and monitoring.
- Experience in Operating System administration, on both Windows Servers and RHEL.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. French is a strong plus.
- Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills for effective participation in workshops with domain experts and collaboration with colleagues.
