Laboratory Supervisor

As SOCOTEC grows, so do our teams. We’re looking for a dedicated Laboratory Supervisor to join our Infrastructure division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Laboratory Supervisor to join our  Infrastructure team. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to lead laboratory teams while ensuring compliance with UKAS, SHE and quality standards. Experience in materials testing laboratories is essential to thrive in this position.
 

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):
• Managing laboratory staff performance and development
• Ensuring compliance with UKAS and company quality procedures
• Maintaining customer relationships and overseeing equipment calibration

To be a successful Laboratory Supervisor, you should be able to demonstrate:
• Experience in a laboratory or materials testing environment
• Knowledge of concrete, asphalt and construction materials testing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
