We are looking for a Digital Partnerships Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at SIXT. In this role, you will identify, build, and manage strategic relationships with relevant websites and external partners to expand SIXT’s digital presence. You will be responsible for negotiating high-value partnerships, managing outreach activities, and tracking performance to ensure measurable impact.

You will also explore and leverage AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to optimize outreach strategies and improve efficiency, while maintaining a strong focus on relationship building and long-term collaboration. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure alignment between partnership initiatives and overall business objectives. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You identify and research relevant websites to establish partnerships that align with our brand and goals
• You find and connect with key decision-makers through personalized outreach strategies to build strong long-term relationships
• You explore and experiment with AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to streamline prospecting, personalize outreach at scale, and uncover new partnership opportunities
• You monitor and manage existing partnerships to ensure effectiveness and resolve any issues
• You create and present monthly KPI reports to track outreach success and partnership performance
• You assist with quality checks to ensure SEO compliance with best practices and standards
• You collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies, integrate smart automation where it adds value, and maximize impact

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have several years of proven experience in outreach, outbound sales, or lead generation with a successful track record of collaborations
• Negotiation Skills You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Tools You are familiar with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Link Research Tools, and Majestic as well as outreach tools and analytics software to streamline processes and analyze performance
• AI & Automation Curiosity You are actively experimenting with AI agents, LLM-based tools, or automation workflows to enhance your work. You don't need to be an expert, but you're genuinely curious and already tinkering. We'll give you the tools and freedom to build your own AI-powered workflows.
• Soft Skills You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on collaboration and teamwork
• Language You are fluent in English
