    Job Description

    At SIXT, you will be the Product Manager for the frontend Customer App team, operating across the core domains of the customer area - including Registration, Authentication, Loyalty Enrollment, and Identity Verification & Management. You will work closely with two web Customer teams jointly driving discovery and concept definition across these domains - ensuring that features are well-integrated into the app experience and consistently delivered across all customer touchpoints.     YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

    • You drive the frontend Customer App onboarding experience from registration to loyalty enrollment ensuring a fast and frictionless setup reflecting SIXT's premium brand
    • You maintain and enhance the identity verification and enrichment funnel with third-party SDK updates and fraud prevention frameworks
    • You stay updated on app platform capabilities and integrate new technologies like biometric authentication and digital driver's licenses
    • You collaborate closely with backend teams to align on APIs, data contracts and ensure end-to-end consistency across features
    • You define and track key KPIs such as app engagement, onboarding conversion and enrollment rates to prioritize and report progress
    • You work cross-functionally to coordinate discovery, concept definition and delivery in a shared team environment

    YOUR SKILLS MATTER

    • Experience You have initial experience in product management, preferably with consumer-facing mobile apps
    • Know-how You are familiar with authentication flows, identity verification or KYC processes and vendor ecosystems
    • Skills You have a keen eye for UX and can provide structured feedback translating requirements into smooth user flows
    • Soft Skills You navigate complex cross-team collaboration with clarity and alignment focus
    • Motivation You manage data privacy and compliance pragmatically without compromising customer experience
    • Background You are data-driven, AI-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to validate and iterate concepts
