YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Leadership You have first experience in a leadership role or a strong ambition to become a leader
• Communication You are fluent in English and bring strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a positive can-do mindset
• Technical Skills You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Execution: You work in a structured, hands-on manner and take a proactive approach
• Problem-Solving You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a creative approach to developing people and processes
• Advantage You bring additional language skills and/or experience in international claims management or the insurance industry
