  YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

  • You support the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive US market growth, working closely with local sales, Key Account Management (KAM), and SME/Telesales teams.  

  • You manage the development of impactful marketing materials and promotions tailored for both US growth and international/local sales activities. 

  • You liaise with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Design/Video, and Online Marketing to ensure seamless collaboration and best-in-class results. 

  • You maintain a high standard of customer communication and product positioning through content such as one-pagers, presentations, whitepapers, customer success stories, ROI calculators, and videos.  

  • You receive insights from sales and market feedback and translate them into actionable strategies for customer engagement and lead generation. 

  • You assist in creating sales pitches and content strategies that empower sales colleagues with effective tools for cross- and up-selling. 

   

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

  • Experience: You bring initial experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to B2B, international sales, or growth markets such as the US, paired with a love for detail and a high standard of quality.  

  • Education: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a comparable field, and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.  

  • Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in Microsoft Office and confident in handling digital marketing tools. 

  • Soft Skills: You demonstrate excellent communication and creative skills, can simplify complex topics, and bring a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with strong customer orientation.  

  • Commitment to Excellence: You are motivated, curious, empathetic, and determined to implement your own ideas while taking on responsibility. 

  • Travel: You are flexible and willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
