YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Support payroll processing by collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate payroll data, with a key focus on Spanish payroll operations
• Assist in preparing payroll reports and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and providers
• Act as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution, particularly for Spain
• Ensure compliance with Spain labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements, while supporting audits and documentation
• Contribute to process improvements and support payroll system updates
• Assist with onboarding by ensuring payroll setup is accurate and compliant with Spain standards

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: 1-3 years in payroll support or administration, with a strong understanding of Spain payroll regulations
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Spain tax laws, labor regulations, and social security compliance, as well as international payroll processes
• Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Tools/Systems: Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday is a plus)
• Language: Fluent in English, Spanish and/or other languages would be a plus
• Soft Skills: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
