As a Rental Sales Agent, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities while providing top-notch customer service. Hourly rate $20.40

• Greet customers and assess their rental needs to provide personalized recommendations
• Promote and sell additional vehicles, services, and optional extras to enhance customer experiences
• Process rental agreements, payments, and related documentation accurately and efficiently
• Manage and maintain our premium vehicle fleet, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for customers
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after rentals to document condition and mileage
• Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed service
• Assist with inventory management and vehicle logistics as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized rental facility to create a welcoming environment for customers

• Proven sales talent with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the tourism industry
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid US Driver's license with a clean driving record
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and knowledge of various vehicle types is a plus
