We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Vehicle Service Agent to join our team in Dallas, United States. As a Vehicle Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our fleet of vehicles and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. Starting rate $17.42.

• Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, and polishing
• Conduct basic maintenance checks, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and general vehicle condition
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to the appropriate department
• Refuel vehicles and ensure they are properly prepared for customer use
• Shuttle vehicles between locations as needed, including to and from service centers
• Greet customers professionally and assist with vehicle returns and exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle condition, fuel levels, and mileage
• Organize and manage the vehicle lot for efficient operations and easy access
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely vehicle turnaround
• Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
• Physical ability to move in and out of vehicles frequently and work in various weather conditions
• Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers, coworkers, and management
• Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including availability for day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to wear company uniforms and maintain a professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in automotive detailing, car washing, or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in using digital devices for record-keeping and communication
• Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
