Are you a dynamic and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales? Join our team as a Rental Sales Agent in Boston, United States! We're looking for an enthusiastic professional to create exceptional rental experiences for our customers while maximizing sales opportunities. Hourly rate $19.20
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each client receives a personalized and positive rental experience
- Actively promote and sell our fleet of vehicles, additional services, and optional extras to meet customer needs and preferences
- Manage vehicle reservations, check-ins, and returns efficiently using our computerized system
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each rental to maintain our high-quality standards
- Explain rental agreements, policies, and procedures clearly to customers, ensuring their understanding and compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized rental facility
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by management
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks and coordinate with the maintenance team for more complex issues
Qualifications
- Proven sales talent with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Valid US Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of rental industry practices and policies (preferred)
- Proficiency in using computer systems for managing reservations and inventory
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Experience in the automotive or travel industry is advantageous but not required
- Bilingual skills are a plus, especially in areas with diverse customer bases
