Hourly rate $22.80

• Provide outstanding face-to-face customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the rental process
• Expertly showcase and promote our diverse fleet of vehicles to customers
• Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities for additional services and vehicle upgrades
• Manage vehicle inventory and maintain accurate records of rentals and returns
• Process rental agreements, payments, and handle administrative tasks efficiently
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized rental facility
• Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals

• Proven sales talent with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or the tourism industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and knowledge of various vehicle types is a plus

As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches.
