We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet Planner to join our team in Pittsburgh, United States. As a Fleet Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high service levels for our customers.

“Hourly rate $19.50 per hour.

• Develop and implement strategic fleet plans to maximize vehicle utilization and minimize costs
• Analyze data and trends to forecast fleet needs and make informed decisions on vehicle acquisition and disposal
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth fleet operations and meet customer demands
• Monitor and track vehicle movements, maintenance schedules, and repair orders
• Optimize vehicle distribution across locations based on demand forecasts and seasonal trends
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage fleet-related contracts and agreements
• Implement and maintain fleet management systems and software
• Generate regular reports on fleet performance, utilization, and cost metrics
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance fleet efficiency

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative tasks, preferably in the automotive or car rental industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer navigation skills
• Experience with fleet management software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, and documentation
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts as needed
• Willingness to travel occasionally (5-10% of the time)
• Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
• Adaptability to changing priorities and industry trends
