Our Tender & Implementation department is looking for you to strengthen our Lisbon team. The department Tender & Implementation is part of an internal expert unit, Sales Enablement, which serves as a central interface in the corporate client sales division of the SIXT Group. The experts in the Tender & Implementation department focus on project management for national and international tenders as well as the implementation of acquired corporate clients and sales partners.

DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

• You work on national and international tender and implementation projects, including project planning, project steering and success monitoring
• You primarily handle operational tasks within the projects in collaboration with a tandem partner from Berlin
• You create high-quality, customized proposal presentations and top-tier tender and implementation documents 
• You serve as an important coordination interface with other departments, such as B2B Pricing, Account Management, Customer Service and Travel Sales
• You track results, identify areas for improvement and implement suitable measures accordingly

COME AS YOU ARE:

• You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a completed apprenticeship in Tourism Management 
• You have already gained professional experience in project or process management or in sales
• You are fluent in German and English (additional language skills are an advantage) and are eager to work in an international environment 
• You are detail-oriented, highly organized and work results- and implementation-oriented 
• You are communicative and assertive 
• You demonstrate perseverance, possess quick comprehension skills and have an independent and structured working style 
• You are proficient in using common MS Office products
