What you will do:

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, job boards, databases, professional networks, and industry events (the more, the merrier!) to identify potential candidates
• Perform initial interviews to determine candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success
• Develop a sourcing strategy by working closely with recruiters and hiring managers 
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence and talent market insights to identify new sourcing techniques and best practices

About you:

• You already have some experience in Talent/Active Sourcing or Headhunting
• You are familiar with business networks (e.g. LinkedIn) and Boolean searches
• You are a communicative person with a positive attitude
• You do not give up easily and you like to find new and creative ways to approach people
• You speak fluent English
