Sixt is looking for a General Estimator to join the Fleet Maintenance team. The General Estimator will be responsible for reviewing and verifying all estimates provided by vendors. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:  

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines 
• Exceptional decision-making skills  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask 
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Review and approve or reject all estimates and estimate revisions 
• Provide feedback and coaching to rental locations to speed up estimate approvals. 
• Audit of all estimates provided by third party vendors and repair shops 
• Provide management with vendor reviews and recommendations 

• Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs 

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; Associate’s acceptable with appropriate experience 
• Experience using Mitchell Cloud Estimating or similar software 
• Vehicle salvage knowledge 

• Must have computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications 
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Must be at least 18 years old 
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule  
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future 

• Ability to communicate in other languages (Spanish or German, etc.) is a plus
