DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

• You manage global HR development projects on a global scale
• You design, implement, execute and continuously improve global programs, processes and tools for: culture, talent and leadership topics, performance & growth topics, employee engagement programs and onboarding
• You ensure interlinkage to other relevant HR products and processes, including global initiatives to foster company culture and employee experience and support HR country teams in their local execution
• You define KPIs for your projects/topics and steer them with high ambition
• You plan, develop, and provide corporate training initiatives to prepare our employees/leaders for future requirements, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
• You continuously screen external market best practices and market trends and propose (new) products or product improvements for increased impact

COME AS YOU ARE:

• You have minimum 2 years of experience in HR Development and Project Management
• You bring in a strong knowledge of best practices in minimum one of the areas of people development, culture development or learning
• You have led projects successfully and proven that you can think creatively when developing new concepts
• You are able to strive in a fast-paced environment utilizing your analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills
• You have strong communication and influencing skills and a result-orientated work style
• You are fluent in German and English both spoken and written
