Bring the recruitment expertise you have built in a focused environment and apply it across a broader scale of hiring, more complex talent markets, and a wider stakeholder network. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for SGS Korea, an organization of more than 1,000 employees, while expanding your exposure to difficult-to-hire and business-critical positions and global recruitment across the SGS network of more than 100,000 employees. This role offers the ownership and exposure to deepen your capabilities in Hiring Manager partnership, strategic sourcing, and candidate engagement, while broadening the scale, complexity, and stakeholder scope of your recruitment career.

• Build and execute sourcing strategies by selecting relevant channels, directly identifying and approaching qualified talent, and closely managing pipeline quality, progress, and follow-up until suitable candidates are secured.

• Deliver a compelling candidate experience through timely and transparent communication, thoughtful assessment, and well-managed offer discussions that help candidates understand the value of SGS and make a confident decision to join.

• Own and lead the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions from recruitment intake through joining and early onboarding, taking direct responsibility for the full range of activities required for each hire while working closely with TA team members, Regional TA, and Shared Services throughout the process.

• Develop sustainable talent pipelines and employer visibility through job fairs, campus recruiting, recruitment events, professional communities, content, and long-term relationships with universities and industry contacts.

• Improve recruitment effectiveness by applying recruitment tools, data, and insights to strengthen sourcing, pipeline management, candidate engagement, analytics, and overall hiring efficiency.
