Job Description
As a client services officer as part of the team in Perth, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate our services and providing updates throughout the testing process. Working closely with laboratory teams and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure client needs are met while maintaining compliance with quality and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
- Respond to client enquiries about laboratory services, capabilities, and testing progress.
- Coordinate the preparation, finalisation, and distribution of reports.
- Generate invoices and assist with account and payment enquiries.
- Liaise with laboratory specialists to obtain and communicate technical information to clients.
- Support the delivery of high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure reporting processes comply with quality standards and accreditation requirements.
- Assist with data entry, records management, and general administrative activities.
Qualifications
You are organised, proactive, and enjoy working with both clients and technical teams to achieve positive outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a customer service, client services, administration, or coordination role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Sound computer skills and experience using business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a technical, scientific, laboratory, or industrial environment. (Desirable)
