Job Description
- Maintenance of the TFS Global Quality System in coordination with TFS country Managers and Local Standardization Coordinators, including the liaison with Certification/Accreditation bodies
- Analysis and monitoring compliance of KPI’s and contractual obligations
- Supports direct manager in monitoring CC performance and identifying root-cause /proposing solutions to problems of the Certification Centers.
- On-going revision of business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements by automation and optimization

Quality Management System
- Support and enforce the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in all TFS offices in liaison with SCs, including maintenance of documentation and records.
- Prepare plan for internal quality audits as per Standards requirements and follow up with the Global Management team the on time execution of internal quality audits
- Ensure full adherence of Internal Audit activities with QMS, 17020, 17065, IFIA, IFIA CBCA, IFIA PSI requirements through internal audit report review and random in-depth checks of audit reports.
- Support and guide offices selected for external audits (ISO & IFIA) to ensure successful completion, including the follow up of actions arising from External Audits with the concerned offices
- When required, coordinates with External auditors for the revision of any pending matter linked to certifications and accreditations
- Supports tenders with documentary requirements and accreditations requests
Performance Monitoring (KPI Compliance)
- Analyzes and monitors compliance of Global KPI’s to assure that key performance indicators targets are met and proposes corrective actions (when needed). Main focus in the compliance of the Critical Control Points of the Certification Centers.
- Follow up of corrective actions implementation with SCs and TFS managers, including periodical reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of the actions implemented
Business Process Enhacement
- Proposes and implements actions aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of the operations
- Participates in the process to identify and evaluate internal digital asset capabilities and weaknesses/strengths.
- Identifies the repetitive tasks and propose optimization through automation of our business process
- Works with network to understand their strategic priorities that drive clear outcomes in line with client priorities.
- Collaborates with direct manager in the identification of network resources for the creation of training material using digital tools, documentation of best practices, etc.
- Provide support in any special assignment as required by the Global Process Standardization & Digital Transformation Manager
Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in TIC sector or within the company
- Experience in Product Conformity Assessment services or similar
- Familiar with Quality Management Systems implementation and maintenance
- Experience as auditor or successful completion of Lead Auditor course.
