Job Description
- Card Lifecycle Management: Comprehensive administration of Corporate Credit Cards (issuance, data maintenance, limits, blocking, and cancellation) for European SGS reporting units
- Migration & Implementation Support: Coordinating knowledge transfer activities from Local Finance teams to GBS Katowice and performing test transactions to validate system readiness.
- Access & System Management: Ensuring proper setup and maintenance of user access for the HSBC myVision platform, Oracle system, and query management tools.
- Operational Control & SOPs: Implementing and executing key Standard Operating Procedures, including Accrual, Leavers, Reminder, and Weekly Check SOPs.
- User Support & Communication: Acting as a central point of contact, handling credit card and travel expense (T&E) queries, and distributing corporate policy updates to stakeholders.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensuring full process alignment with T&E policies and supporting internal control and audit requirements.
- Process Optimization & Reporting: Identifying process standardization and efficiency improvement opportunities, and contributing to SLA/KPI tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Secondary school education (or higher) in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a relevant finance or accounting function
- English language proficiency with at least good reading and speaking skills (B1), business English
- Intermediate level experience working with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Customer service orientation alongside good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on accuracy.
- Ability to adapt quickly, demonstrate flexibility, and work independently.
- Strong team player capabilities.
- Positive learning attitude with a focus on achieving results and continuous improvement.
Nice to have:
- Experience with local country clients or suppliers
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite
