Job Description

  • Job Title: Planning & Administration Team Leader
  • Job Type: Permanent 
  • Location: Oldbury 
  • Hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday 
  • Salary:  from £33,000 pa DOE 
  • Industry: Business Assurance 

Overview 

  • Line manage the QHSE scheduling teams of Contract Reviewers, thorough and efficient operational support services are provided to the UK BA team 
  • Develop and maintain resource planning strategies in order to optimise resource allocation and utilisation.
  • Ensure all contracts are successfully delivered on-time, and in compliance with global procedures and operational KPIs.
  • To support and deputise for the Planning & Administration Manager as and when required in their absence to ensure continuity of service levels and quality of output at all times.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in a similar role - within schedule management, resource planning, and the proficient use in planning software and tools - preferably within a certification environment. 

You will also have the following: 

  • Qualification in business administration, operations management, or related field
  • Experience in creating contracts 
  • Advanced user in MS Office - especially excel 
  • Experience in managing teams 
  • Full driving license for use in the UK
