Job Description

Executive Assistants act as the primary liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders. They manage calendars, streamline communications, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
 

Core Responsibilities

· Manage and screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

· Maintain and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and schedules

· Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events

· Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports

· Handle document filing, record management, and administrative systems

· Arrange travel logistics and itineraries

· Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met efficiently

· Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders and business partners

Qualifications

Educational & Career Path

To become an Executive Assistant:
